"PROs: -Clean room. -Fast check in. Early check in $30! -Comfortable room. Bed was great. -Decent price. Free parking. -Away from the craziness of the tourist areas. CONs: -Property in general needs attention (the hotel appeared abandoned at first glance) -Undisclosed $50 deposit was a surprise at check-in (was returned back to my card upon checkout) -Checkin staff was cold. He appeared like he could not care less if I was there or not."

"The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there. Second sign was when I sat a bag on the table and went to take a shower I came back and ants were all over the table. Third, when I was there a little while I saw a baby roach crawling on...

"Friendly people"

"Everything was good. Melinda the bartender was so homie, welcoming and friendly. She made the stay wonderful. They lost stars with me due to my last day and my ac stopped working. The maintenance worker came and didn’t even care to fix it and tried to act like I didn’t know what I was speaking on. I spoke with management who offered me extra points but it didn’t change the fact I got dressed and ready in a hot room and left sweaty."
