"Hello we book for 2 days, we knew we were staying in a basic room but were never told that it was packed with children rugby players waking us up at 5 am bouncing balls continually. Let alone the toilets trashed. We had to use.
Our duvet on our bed had had a dog sleep on it and definitely not washed, Top 10 (NO WAY)
Very expensive for pitifully looked after"
