"What a great hotel in the middle of Raleigh. A friend and I were attending a concert at Coastal Credit Union Pavilion and needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far and reasonably priced. Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual. I also liked how there were two separate sinks and how the shower/toilet had a door separating it from the second sink. It was very helpful when my friend and I were getting ready the next morning. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby. I didn’t get to utilize the restaurant or bar. The pool area looked nice and I saw guests using it both in the evening and morning. The only thing negative I would say is one of the elevators was a little dirty. I think this hotel is dog friendly but I’m not for certain. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Also, upon check in, it took a couple of minutes for the person checking me in to appear. Again, no big deal because it wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely consider returning here again when I go to my next concert."

"I had to wait outside for 3 hours to be able to get in my room (which the door was locked.) I had to contact housekeeping several times in order for them to sorta properly clean my room upon arrival. Maintenance had to be called multiple time for the person to fix several problems in my room. Corporate came for an inspection and corporate ultimately got me another room that was suitable for me to stay in and then the manager decided to charge for the room that corporate ultimately put me in. Not I am paying more than what I did upon arrival because I was put in a “premium” room which is called premium only because it was renovated. I give this property a review of 2 stars out of 5 because of what I had to go through. Subpar conditions at this place."

"Definitely not up to par. But needed a cheap room for the night and yup that’s what we got. At least the sheets and bathroom appeared clean but there was a very very dirty chair in the corner of the room with a light bulb that changed colors like at a rave. Would not stay again"

"My family and I had an amazing weekend stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family getaway. One of our favorite amenities was the indoor pool, which provided hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family. The location was also a huge plus! We loved being so close to shopping, especially Target, along with several restaurants and stores nearby. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located near shopping and dining options and offers amenities such as an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in the Knightdale area, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!"
