" I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay."

"For the most part, it was as expected for a Double Tree. However, this is a tall hotel, more than 8 stories. We had a room near the elevator. People were not an issue but the elevator made noise like a railroad track/airport runway. Do not stay in any room near the elevator!"

"The room and carpet had a bad smell. Needs to be changed. The furniture were mixed match 2 totally different chairs at the table. Got the room for my elderly parents dad being 92 years old with a cane. Mom 84 and front desk staff knew this and still gave us a regular room with a tub and high bed making it difficult for them. Only staying one night so it wasn’t worth changing. also was helping my parents check in with me being a possible third person. She didn’t even offer a breakfast card for me...

"The toilet was leaking a lot and wet the carpet and they send somebody to fix it and wasn’t fix. They have to send somebody else. But they never offer anything to remediate the situation "
