"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We had to get moved the next day because people were talking so loud we couldn't fall asleep until 1 am and then at 5:30 am we were awoken again by the noise in the dining room. We barely got any rest. The ac is loud in the room. Bathroom was dirty and even had urine on the toliet seat. It had a musty smell as well. Room 315 was better but still wasn't clean...

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
