"none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else. "We loved our stay at Phuong Home. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, homey and had all the amenities we needed. We had read reviews about the dog being aggressive, but as soon as we introduced ourselves to it, it was relaxed around us. We were within walking distance to lots of different shops and we frequented a 7-eleven that was just around the corner."
