"Upon our arrival it was a pile of ants above the door, crawling the walls, roof and door. I went to the office and was told to spray outdoor spray. No one every asked us if that resolved the bugs, if we were still having an issue, had we seen anything else. Absolutely noting. The walls are thin. You hear everything poor nsulation. You can't use tap and pay and they charge an extra $10 if paying in cash. They want you to book online/reserve online. "

"I was disappointed in the way the breakfast and mgr reception was described in the hotel details and then when we got there found out the mgr reception had been discontinued and the breakfast was not as nice as we thought it would be. Out of coffee, rotten bananas, runny eggs. Very poor quality. Room was clean and was very close to the hospital my husband had surgery at. So location and room is why I scored like I did. "
