"I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service. There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else needed like pillows or towels, they can be foound in the bottom drawers in the front end of the bed., but they did not take away from the overall positive experience i had an amazing evening.. I chose your hotel because of its reputation, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to return in the future. If there are ever any loyalty perks, promotions, or return guest offers available, I would be very interested. Thank you again for the hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again. "Excellent room - thanks for upgrade! Sophie, onsite manager was a pleasure to engage with along with front staff. Room is spacious, clean and its nice that they have free continental breakfast, and excellent restaurant attached (though it does have limited hours)"
