"The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down."

"Great location, very clean & tidy, staff were very polite & helpful. Our fridge in the apartment was not working correctly when we arrived and this was replaced by staff within 2 hours. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation."

The apartment and surrounding communal areas was very clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay including laundry facilities, bbqs and a car park. "The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "
