Some front desk staff were nice, but a couple of the ladies were rude.

Everything was 5 stars except we experienced some inconvenience due to the lack of AC in our room, Granted they are making updates and repairs so I think we were in the middle of that. They worked with us and we wound up being satisfied after several room relocations. I would definitely book here again. It’s convenient to everything! The staff was phenomenal."
