"Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . "

"Room was fine and location was great but no A/C. Had two fans in room but still was very difficult to sleep at night, even with a window open. Bar and restaurant were great. Good food and good service. Bar staff and front desk were very welcoming and accommodating."

"Great location right in the heart of Cork, easily walkable to all the shops, restaurants, bars. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bath and mini-kitchen were extremely well-equipped and modern (high-pressure showerhead, nice rosemary-mint bath products stocked, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware and serve ware). "Wonderful accommodations "

"Super clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel! Everything is beautiful and carefully thought out. The room itself is a tad bit small but still works! The AC didn’t go below 18c and barely would blow during the heatwave Ireland was having and the drain in the shower wouldn’t drain so you stood in water. Other than that I would still recommend this hotel!"
