"Great property, near a shopping mall and public transportation. Just a 5 minute walk to buses and the tram. Staff were helpful. There was a nice restaurant and cafe. They did have air conditioning but it shut off (on a timer?) each night and we had to get up and turn it back on in the middle of the night each night."

Reservation made months in advance but received their “last room available” which was an ADA room with no air conditioning. A fan was brought in but offered little relief. "Hotel was fab, rooms very clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful. House keeping did fab job but never locked the door so when we returned late evening the door pushed open."

Centrally located but tucked away on a quiet street, the hotel is modern, very clean, beds were super comfortable, food was always very fresh and tasty, and the staff super helpful. "The room was spacious, clean and everything we needed was supplied. If you are looking to purchase the breakfast there check the menu beforehand. It is very, very small. 4 items I believe. I am vegan and there was absolutely nothing on the menu for me. Nothing vegetarian either. Having said that there are numerous places nearby to get breakfast. Overall a good stay."
