"Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

"Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...

"there were only sheers on the windows, no curtains! Sun woke me up at 5 am - I've never been in a room with no curtains. I did not use the amenities or eat breakfast at hotel. It's very dated, and I didn't feel comfortable; wouldn't stay again there's too many nicer places in the same area."

"After many delayed flights, Kevin was able to send a can to pick us up at 1am. I didn’t catch the driver’s name but she was very kind. Similarly, the next day, we rode the shuttle back to the airport with a man who was very kind and knowledgeable about travel and places to visit. The property was clean, comfortable and safe."

"I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again."

"Let me preface this review by saying that I have never experienced anything like this before.I booked this hotel last minute well helping my daughter move into her new apartment. I fell into bed, completely exhausted. When I woke up the next morning, to my horror, I noticed that the comforter had human excrement on the side facing down. "Every time we asked a question we were told this was a 3rd party reservation and we should call the party we booked with. I actually did not realize this was a 3 rd party booking when we arrived. Hotel is dated but clean. The Bedroom was clean with a carpet which had been patched up many many times."
