"Clean"

"Our stay was just ok. The bath toiletries were not good. Shampol didn't suds up good. The most disappointing was the breakfast. Waffles was the only good food. The egg patty, sausage, biscuits and gravy was cold. The coffee was like dish water . The eggs were like ice in the middle. Do they take temperatures ? Room was clean and bedding was soft."

"The parking lot was very dirty with trash everywhere , a 5 wheel trailer and a wave runner park and looks like they have not move in a month . The inside of the Hotel needs to be painted and updated ."

"Pros: Hotel over all was nice. Located in a quiet area off the highway but still close to shopping, food and entertainment. Quick drive to Busch Gardens for the day. Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: Came back from a day at the parks and out room door was propped open with deadbolt. We shut if when we left. No housekeeping services were done either. Luckily nothing was missing. Told the front desk gentleman and he was very dismissive and somewhat rude. The pool seems to be the property smoking lounge which made swimming with our kids unenjoyable. For the price I would expect a little higher quality and customer service."
