"Spotlessly clean with high end bedding and other amenities. The room wasn’t large but the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams made it feel more open. Loved that there was water and coffee available when I arrived as well. Staff even accommodated an early check in. Conveniently, as well as safely located in Plymouth. I could walk to a little cafe and the water easily. So very glad I found this little spot and I would definitely stay again!"

The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "In the middle of remodeling, and i get that. I did not know the restaurant and bar would be closed. The spa was also not open during our stay. The arcade was. The pool was but not the cool feature. Even though we cut other activities short to accommodate the pools limited schedule, no lifeguards were available so we could not use the slide and ship."

"My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at...
