The staff here were all friendly and helpful. The music downstairs was excellent. We really enjoyed the entertainment. The location was great. The bay is across the street, and taking a walk along the bay is nice.

Unique property, very charming and nice view of the water with a balcony I wish we had time to spend more time on. The bed was very loud every time we got in/out or shifted position, and it was extremely firm which wasn't good for my back. We had 3 very flat pillows and 2 giant rock hard pillows, neither of which were great. Cleanliness was OK, continental breakfast was minimal (cereal cups, yogurt, packaged muffins). Food at the restaurant was good.

A wonderful Victorian inn and a beautiful beach is just across the street. Great speakeasy bar in the basement and wonderful restaurant on site. Our room had its own balcony and it was lovely. We would love to come back!

Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.

Room and property was warm, inviting and very comfortable. The only issue that was NOT under the control of the manager was a crowd of young partiers who were loud at the beach. I will be back and have already mentioned to friends the great location and quality property.

This was truly a wonderful experience. We are at both restaurants and the food was fantastic the staff were great and the building was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was the mattress wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The linens and pillows were very nice quality however the actual bed was squeaky and uncomfortable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water. The food at the restaurant was very good. Good central location , close enough to do many things in Cape Cod.
