I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. "This is a timeshare type place they will try to sell you but they didn't hound us. Just asked while getting parking pass and I said no and that was it. The unit was nice but no ceiling fans and the AC had trouble keeping up and they sent maintenance out. Fixed it and next night same issues. We bought some fans and that seemed to help the unit.
