"A lot of construction around the property but it was very convenient for us and our plans. Room was large, clean and bed was comfy. Good breakfast with the usual fare but food area was claustrophobic. We have family in the area so I’m sure we will stay again."

"I very much appreciated the team starting with leaving my car to be parked by valet. They did a good job handling my very expensive car. I absolutely loved checking in. I believe it was Valerie who was there each day and she was so kind. Note I had a big problem with the check-in. You have a spray that's perfume me. "This has been the second consecutive year we booked an apartment here as our first experience was great (April 2025). Unfortunately, this time me and my partner were extremely disappointed. The place has clearly been miss cared and let run down. The swimming pool had low water, and no recirculation of clearing pump was active, which made look the clarity of the water opaque with probably extremely high contents of chlorine. "Pet friendly and friendly staff"

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. "My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver."
