"Breakfast was fine, rooms were pretty good, not far from downtown Minny or St. Paul. Great price."

"Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean."

"Got the wrong room at check in, once we got the right one it wasnt super clean. There was not a pool like indicated and the so called breakfast was literally, frozen waffles, toast and bagels. The hotel was under construction, dirty, smelly and unsafe yet we were never notified of that before booking. "

"I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize "

"Clean"

"It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. "

"Literally the cleanest, nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a kitchen with a dish washer and STOVE! The staff are super friendly and we are absoltuely going to make Residence Inn in Eagan our go-to place in MN from now on. "

"The condition of the room was poor. The bedding had stains on it, and there was hair in it. Never will stay there again. Furniture was chipped and in very poor condition."

"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "

"The hot tub was sandy on the bottom. That was it. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly!"
