"Beautiful hotel! Wish there was a hot tub on 2nd floor with pool, but took only a few minutes to go down a floor and then outside to the 2 big hot tubs. Love that we were able to use the saunas as well. Great stay!"

"We were upgraded to an executive suite. It was incredibly nice!! Very clean. Well stocked. Great view! We had access to the lounge and there were many great options for food and drink. All complimentary. Breakfast was complimentary as well. I love that it is connected to the Mall of America. We saw a movie in the mall. It a short walk from Radisson Blu. I will definitely stay here again. I will be booking the executive suite. The amenities alone are worth it."

"The hotel is exceptional, which is why I would expect a better in-room coffeemaker than the cheap mini ne with pouches of terrible coffee in plastic trays. Bad for my morning, and bad for the environment!"

"First time staying here and we will be back! It was incredibly convenient to get to. Parking lot right on the property was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The inside was open and spacious. The amenities were top tier for what you pay. The room was also very spacious. The way it was laid out was great. Bartender for the Kickback was super amazing. We will definitely be coming back! Only thing that could make it any better was if they installed a couple EV parking spots. But otherwise so amazing!"

"The rooms that we had were very smelly (smelled of mildew). The breakfast options were limited, but the eggs and canadian bacon were delicious. The staff at breakfast and front desk were great. The hot tub was cold."

"The room was very used and unmaintained. The beds were broken down and leaning towards the edge. There were cracks in the walls that were poorly repaired. The wall was crumbling around the windows. The lights kept flickering in the bathroom. The tub was pealing and when taking a shower it did not drain; the water filled to the top of the tub. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was half falling apart and ready to break off. The beds were very broken down and leaning towards the edge; I think if we would have stayed the night we could have rolled out of the bed. We checked out after two hours of being there. The hallways were very dark and narrow and the elevators were very slow. Overall the property is very unmaintained and beaten down. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. Way over priced for what it really is. I think the valet parking is a way to fool guests into thinking it's a luxurious hotel but once you get to your room you find out it's basically a run down motel."
