The pool was clean. No one was using it. Would be great to have a hot tub! The exercise room was well equipped. The room was clean except for the cobwebs.

The staff at check in were great. Room itself was nice, bed was comfortable. We did not have any hot water for showers. But my biggest issue is: Someone with a room key entered our room at 8am. I’m assuming they worked for the hotel. But very awkward. Check out isn’t till noon. So unsure why anyone would think they can enter a guests room. Very inappropriate.

This hotel is in a fantastic downtown Minneapolis location with excellent transit options, making it a quick trip over to the State Capitol building. The front desk team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property did not match the great service. The shower in my room was very dated, and the hallway carpet on my floor had visible water damage and was lifting. The staff is wonderful, but management needs to address these aging facilities.

Lots of bad reviews for this place but we loved it. Room was great staff was great even got us into our room way early. Breakfast well it's $16 is it worth it not really but it was edible and the convenience of it being right there worked for us. We would stay there again for sure. Lot of wonderful restaurants nearby too.
