First key I got I went to the room. There were wine glasses outside the door and people chatting inside. I called the front desk twice let it ring and ring no one answered. So I lugged all my stuff back down stairs. Then they gave me another room . Asked if this was the correct number they said yes. Can't imagine why no one answered?
Then I get into my room. I'm expecting a luxury room well that's not what this is. I've stayed at Hampton Inns nicer than this. The carpet is old and smelly. My room was dusty like no one had been in it in ages. There are NO outlets !!! They had some added contraption on one side of the king size bed for a plug. The whole thing was just a mess. I gave two stars my first room service the food was lovely the second night it was burnt to a crisp couldn't eat it. I will NEVER stay here again!
