"The reception staff were friendly and attentive, as were those in the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel is well placed, the rooms are huge, have lots of storage as well as fridges with mini bar (at a fee). The beds are a little firm but that suits me and the sheets and pillows were super soft and comfortable meaning I had a great sleep. Air con is powerful and bathroom comes with complimentary toiletries and the whole place was super clean. The included breakfast was solid as I was given options from a menu on day 1 and it was a buffet on day 2, both of which were tasty and well cooked. Only areas that let it down were the hallway carpets as they looked a little tired and stained and there were a number of missing or loose mosaic tiles in the bathtub which need addressing. Never got time to visit the pool or bars but I would visit again if in Bahrain. "

"It was a great experience! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered us an upgrade room and on Valentine’s Day they have decorated the room with red Roses and cake. At the beginning we were not sure abut staying at the hotel but after our stay I think it would do it again."

"I was expecting a lot more with the ratings I saw on Expedia. The room was big but not well maintained. I stayed for 2 nights, and the staff did not clean the room every day. There are a couple of clubs and bars in the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the music from the clubs was very loud and continued until 2:30 in the morning. It was impossible to sleep."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Juffair area. Overall, very pleased with the location, service, check in and check out experience, room service and restaurant facilities. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d happily go back to this hotel and recommend it for those who want a hotel that is close to most sights and nightlife. Great value for money "
