"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

When he noticed that the exact room on the fourth floor was available, he put us there for the better Mountain View. That was a nice anniversary gift for my wife and I. Thank you!"

"I first arrived to be told my room was given away, that got corrected. Was told under construction, lighting in hall ways was terrible dark, had to put my TPaper on the sink no holder, hot tub jets broke, pool does not look inviting fencing was rusty, no microwave, shower no shelves had to put on floor, breakfast was the worse I had at any of your hotels.. I am requesting a full refund, I had reservations for 4 days I checked out after 1 day!!!"

"All staff interactions were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food. Ugh could be better. When my wife went to get in the shower and she grabbed a bath towel to put by the shower door a huge moth flew out of the towel. If you are on any floor other than the first expect to wait a while for the elevator. Low stock in the 24 hour store."
