"The pool bathroom was broken the whole time, kind of Awkward to run back to the room soaking wet :) other than that it was an awesome stay."

"We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home."

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. When we checked in, he even noticed that we were set up for the third floor. When he noticed that the exact room on the fourth floor was available, he put us there for the better Mountain View. That was a nice anniversary gift for my wife and I. Thank you!"

"Had a problem with the shower and we called the front desk. They sent a repair person to fix it and they tried but it didn’t work. Called the front desk and they apologized but did nothing to make it right"

"All staff interactions were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food. Ugh could be better. When my wife went to get in the shower and she grabbed a bath towel to put by the shower door a huge moth flew out of the towel. If you are on any floor other than the first expect to wait a while for the elevator. Low stock in the 24 hour store."
