"This hotel lied and said they had heated. It was not when I told desk they didn't really have excuse why it wasn't heated. When I called corporate I was told there pools are heated Feb, March and April. When I went it was April 26th so it should have been heated. I ended up leaving a day early and not even reimbursed for that night stay. Then when I got home I looked at my bank account and they took 250.00 out of my account saying I smoked in room. "Such a wonderful getaway. I love that the rooms were spacious and had a private balcony to enjoy the views. Especially since at night there are no street lights so you could really see the night sky. They even have telescopes in the lobby that are perfect for star gazing. They have all the basic amenities including an adults only pool. I just wish they had more on sight snack options or a little shop for snacks."
