"We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home."

"This was the coolest place I've stayed and so affordable. We had our own studio hacienda. Fireplace, tiled shower, jetted soaking tub. Couch, table, fridge, microwave. Everything you could want. They have wine tasting free that we enjoyed. Restaurant on site was amazing. Absolutely wonderful."

"The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean. A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

"We had a clogged toilet but they were able to get us a new room and fix the situation quickly. The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, and a lovely outdoor and pool area. Breakfast options were great for adults and children."

"This was such a nice hotel for the price! Will be staying here again. Property was very clean, clean beds, showers. Pool and hot tub included as well. Work out room, games and a pool table. Nice clean open dining/relaxing area. Our room has a fridge, bench, extra hooks for clothes, storage, and a nice controllable AC. Free breakfast was a plus as well! Came with eggs, bacon, sausage, meats, omelets, sandwiches, automatic pancake maker, waffles, cereal, toppings, yogurt machine, juice...

"The property was very well kept. I stayed at the property because it had breakfast which was unorganized and not kept up with the refilling of the food. I don't eat a lot of the food that was available to me and then it would take up to 30 minutes or more for the food to be refilled and then fir them to run out of brown sugar and other amenities wasn't good. The rooms were well kept and clean. The location was pretty close to a lit of things in the city."

"The room was not what we expected. We were told the room would have bunk beds. The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and be careful that they take the tip out for you. The park was awesome; the kids absolutely had a great time in the pool and other waterpark fun. I paid extra money that doesn't really include that much, the 130.00 package isn't worth it imo."
