The staff was incredibly kind and flexible, and they allowed us to check in early for a very reasonable $30 fee, which was especially helpful during a stressful medical trip. One of the best amenities was the complimentary shuttle service to the different hospital campuses, making it easy to get to appointments without worrying about transportation or parking. "Very nice hotel with excellent service and amenities! There is a very busy small airport nearby, but I couldn’t hear the planes inside my room. There is a staff is friendly and professional. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The free breakfast is very good with many choices. The landscaping and location next to a golf course is very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"hotel was excellent and convenient to our needs during our short visit to Phoenix area. amenities and staffs were expected as being part of hilton. brand. room, beddings, water pressure, soundproofing, pool and gym were 2 thumbs up. unfortunately, wasn’t impressed during breakfast, waffle maker not working and the oats was the driest i’ve encountered during our stay."

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "

"The owner will write down your credit card information. Had to call the police on owner. I was able to find this out because I asked to see a copy of receipt because the security deposit refund was kind of fishy. And I noticed it right away!"
