"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again."

"Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"This hotel is VERY run down. Multiple cars in the parking lot where people are sleeping. There was no breakfast, NO customer service, and loud patrons outside until 2 AM. The hotel carpets look as though they haven’t been cleaned in years. I would avoid this hotel like the plague."
