Have ever you wanted to spend the night in a crack house? Well at the Motel 6 Lehi Thanksgiving Point you can. Is the room clean? No. Is the property well maintained? Absolutely not. Is the staff helpful? Also no with the added benefit of not speaking English. This place is an absolute s—thole under no circumstance should anyone stay at this hotel ever.

Check-in was easy, parking was easy, a smooth logistical experience. Air control in the room was great, functional fridge/microwave. Unfortunately the room was pretty gross - someone’s hair was on the desk, the sink wasn’t clean (blobs toothpaste in it), the towels weren’t clean, there was a yellow stain along with some dust and leafs on it?? The bed is uncomfy, you’re right by the freeway and it’s loud. There was also a guy two doors down with a dog who would not stop barking early in the morning. I mean, you get what you pay for, but I’d think $245 for two nights should entail a clean room at least.

The clerk was extremely polite and helpful. There are no amenities besides two bars of soap. The room was clean but the sink sprayed all over the room rendering it useless without getting wet.

Room had a new TV that was not set up yet. We figured it was new because the box and trash was still in the room. There was a vent leading to the outside that could not be closed so we heard the freeway all night! Was not worth the money I paid.

Needs lots of repairs. Room not very clean. No toilet cover. We bought our own towels. It served its purpose and saved me money, but you get exactly what you pay for. There is also a 25.00 early check in fee, we were 2 hours early.

Back door was left ajar with a rock in it at all times. I kicked the rock away, but it was back in the doorway keeping the door open. Bathroom light was out and maintenance fixed it right away. Beds are hard. It's next to the freeway and very, very noisy.

Fine for the price so I didn’t expect much. TV didn’t work, hair on the vanity, toilet was crooked, sheets were stained and strong smells throughout.

Lady at the front desk had no manners. This property needs a deep cleaning. The hallway smells like dogs. I opened my dinner and walked away to wash my hands, returned and there were fleas on my food. The hardwood flooring in the room is coming apart bad enough to where it would cut your foot. I called at 5am before work 2 days in a row and ask for room service and still wasn’t completed. Also there are a lot of ppl that use the stairs so you hear loud stumping and doors slamming all night. This place isn’t worth it and it’s one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I even seen a pizza box floating in the pool

The first room had no television working, the second room had no curtains and the third had a sink drain that leaked almost as fast as the faucet supplying the water. They have no quality control and are more concerned about filling their first floor with homeless for their sanctuary motel.

No a/c or heat. Facet handle came off in bathroom. No gym. No bathroom in hotel except room. Room wasn't ready at 3pm and had to come back twice before I could get into the room. Coffee doesn't come out until 630am and ran out. On the good side the water pressure was good and there was warm water.

Room had no shampoo, soap, no lotion, no extra toilet paper, bathroom trash can has food and other devices in the can. There was hair all over the bathroom. The tub wasn't clean. The floor didn't even seem to even be cleaned. The walls has stuff like old food or some sort of dirt and debris on them very visible! When we went and asked for some more toilet paper the front desk lady said okay and the went back to counting change and ignored us so we had to ask again and she said oh you need it now. Very poor service. We also only got one towel in the room. Sheetes had stains on them.!!!

Stained sheets and blankets, room smelled like cigarettes really bad. Bad was flat and beat down. So bad I considered asking for a refund and sleeping in my truck. Lights were broken, people coming in and out all night. Probably the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. Spend the 20 more dollars and go somewhere else.
