"Great staff, very helpful and polite. The property is clean and comfy. The washer and dryer weren't working for us to use during our stay which was quite a bummer, but the breakfast which is FREE!! In the morning is great! Not just coffee and muffins y'all, we talking the works! My sons and grandson enjoyed the pool which is inside and outside. It was great for the entire family! Definitely recommend and will stay again!"

"Great location. Clean room with great amenities. The staff was nice but they do push a time share sale. There was construction across the street which affected the view and created noise around 7AM waking us up."

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad. Overall- it just needed a thorough scrub down of the cabinets, walls, and furniture. The furniture was old and very worn and...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Employees were great and very helpful. Only downside I found (and it was minimal) was the trash cans in the room. They were very small and did not have trash bags in them. Like I said; very minimal. Other than that, everything else was great."

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "
