"Beds were terrible. We didn't sleep the 2 days we were there. Staff were ok. The hotel was very shabby. They did not clean rooms at all and when we asked for clean towels it was like we were a burden. Shampoo and soap was out when we got in the room and they said they have no one to refill it that they don’t have staff on the weekends. Very unacceptable.Breakfast was just ok. Could of been a lot better."

"Dated, musty, doesn't 'feel' clean and fresh. Fridge rattled when compressor ran. Hard mattress. Restaurant was greasy/not great. Cocktail was quite bitter and not too palatable (ingredients said orange juice, didnt see or taste any orange juice in it)."

"First room I got the toilet was not working, staff was kind and change room. The second room had a damp smell through it. Within 3hours of being there, I had allergies type of conditions, check out and went to a different hotel "
