"Impossible to find the hotel. We had to park outside and stayed on the 3rd floor which was painful to take bags up winding staircase. Breakfast mediocre."

"we stayed for 3! nights - our phone didn't work- we asked for it to be fixed every day- It was the only way to reach the front desk. There were dust bunnies under the bathroom sink. There was no hot water in the shower.Also the elevator was held on the ground floor by the cleaning people filled up with laundry and cleaning supplies, so my 79 year old husband had to drag our heavy suitcase down a dangerous winding staircase "

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms beautifully designed and appointed, comfortable bed and large plush towels. Bar and restaurant were lovely. Staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return"

"Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it. "

"This is an old Logis which really requires a lot of attention. We were put on the second floor (with no lift) and we are in our late 70's. The shower over the bath did not work properly and was downright dangerous. The pool surrounds were sadly neglected and there were no sun shades at all. We were glad to move on."
