"A beautiful hotel in the traditional zakopane style and perfectly located. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection and high quality food. Gorgeous pool and spa. Would love to come back in the winter time!"

"Auf der Durchreise nach Rumänien habe ich als B&B Stammgast dieses Hotel gewählt. Das Haus ist in einem Einkaufszentrum integriert. Die Zimmer sind B&B typisch eingerichtet, wer in einem dieser Häuser schon übernachtet hat, kennt die Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, mit ein paar brocken Polnisch und Englisch kommt man gut zurecht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und ohne Mängel. "My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Raddisson Blue. The room was clean and had a slight mountain view! We hadn’t realised we could access the spa facilities with our stay so this was a nice surprise upon arrival. Our only complaint is that the aircon doesn’t go lower than 19 degrees and isn’t very powerful so it was quite warm at night. Excellent location for walking into the town and getting buses/ walking to the hiking routes."

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. Bed looked and felt like something you would get...

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

"Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central."
