"From arriving to leaving Catherine was the best hostess ever.
Most helpful with tips re where we could get a good evening meal and short cuts to the park and ride.
Choices for breakfast were excellent although we just opted for cereal, yogurt and toast.
Rooms are first class. I had a great nights sleep.
First class rooms and I will certainly recommend.

"We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back.
The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. "

"This hotel was very hit and miss. It was recently refurbished but still really lacking - for example the bathroom was so tiny you could barely fit on the toilet seat without banging your knees on the sink. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. "We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family.
