"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Check-In / Check-Out / Luggage Storage process was very smooth."

"Very helpful staff who provided excellent service and the room was comfortable. However the hotel patrons were rowdy and public areas like the toilets in the common area were dirty. The people in the room next to us were loudly talking into the early hours of the night which was so frustrating, so we didn't sleep well. But not the fault of the hotel. "
