Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Knightdale

"Uno de los peores hoteles que me e quedado fuga de agua en el baño huele mal todo el hotel y la recepcionista de la mañana tenia cabello curly era de muy mala actitud muy despota al hablar si no quieren trabajar ahi no lo hagas y den mejor servicio al cliente No me volveria a quedar ahi muy mala experiencia si pudiera poner menos de una eatrrlla lo haria"

"If you need a bargain ok. They have made an effort to present the lobby nicely. The check in clerk was pleasant. The checkout lady couldn’t be bothered. We went out and came back to a “ situation” in the lobby area that felt unsafe. Our room… the bed was comfortable and felt clean. The floor was buckled in the entry and bathroom ( my husband is handicapped ). The toe nail clippings in the bathroom made me want to barf. Breakfast was minimal but okay. Coffee was good."

"I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned."
