"I was so pleased with this property! It was spotless the staff could not have been nicer. Our room was so nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows awesome! The parking outside was fenced in and we never felt afraid or any danger from the homeless. Just like any big city there are homeless hanging around. But, they were harmless and I don’t see many! I will 100% stay again next time I’m in Spokane! Also, very easy access on and off the freeway!"

"I loved mostly everything, friendly staff, food at the restaurant was great! Only thing was i got a poolside room and it has a smell due to moisture and no hooks in the showers to hang bathing suits! But i will say rooms are super convenient, beds were cozy and spacious! Not the actual hotel but the restaurant staff was a bit slow…all very kind but they seem unorganized..Would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for families."

"The front desk staff really bent over backwards for me. It held my reservation for me until 4am due to my train arriving late in Spokane. Staff also expedited my very-early checkout to catch my midnight train departure two nights later. Job well done! Breakfast was excellent. The omelet was especially good. Coffee was good and my cup was always kept full. And the prices were competitive with off-property restaurants! The bar, room and maid service were fine as well. Provision of foam ear plugs was a nice touch. I used them, and slept well despite Spokane's street and train noise. My room was comfortable, and everything worked the way it was supposed to."
