I asked for 2 beds and it booked me into 2 separate rooms, but adjoins:) when it’s 2 kings(aka 2 twins) super easy access from the A/green for Metro use. "

We were informed that the pool’s heating system was broken, and the water temperature did not go above 22°C, so it was freezing cold and impossible to swim in. Bathrobes were not provided unless you paid extra for the private wellness area. The first room we were given had not even been cleaned. "I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "
