"Rooms were clean but we got there and the pool wasn’t operational. It was the 4th of July weekend and we were traveling from Cincinnati, Ohio. We were given a dinner voucher and they took 30 minutes to check to see if we were able to use it for me and my family. We ended up leaving and going to find food elsewhere. We booked this hotel solely on the fact that it had a rooftop pool and still haven’t been properly compensated for our experience. Next time we will just spend the extra money...

"Everything about my recent stay at the Crown Plaza in downtown Knoxville was excellent! The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and checking in was simple. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. Parking was convenient. The stay was perfect!"

"Nice staff, clean and beautiful hotel. We stayed in a balcony room and liked the layout and view. Pillows and bedding were soft and clean. Mattress was a little too firm for my taste but not horrible. The only downfall was the noise. There is construction being done outside and I think too close to the elevator? I would stay again further from the elevator and when the construction is completed. "
