"This was a very large resort hotel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! They even had a welcome night for guests with champagne, canapés and an invitation to participate in making the largest fruit cake ever! ( not sure when it will be baked - probably marinating in many types of alcohol until Christmas) Nice clean rooms; (the bed was a bit firm but I’m sure if we had asked they would have accommodated with a layer softer); we had a beautiful pool view. The staff was amazing especially Vrugo...

"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful...
