"I enjoyed this hotel. It is smaller and not as crowded as other places. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was very nice. The food was quite good and fairly priced. You can also order anywhere in the hotel and they will bring it to you. Breakfast was well done but not as big as some of the larger resorts. For me the locatiob was suitable, however it is on the top of a steep hill which is a somewhat difficult to walk if you are not in good condition. I think the hotel should...

"The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. They helped directed me to the best places for shopping and activities. The bar and food they served was Top Tier as well as the in-house Massage and Spa they provide. I found my Go To Place when I come to Thailand. And the pool was absolutely beautiful. "The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful...
