"The grounds are immaculate, the buildings the same very impressive. Staff are trained well and friendly. They are managing a lot of people. The little food we have eaten is exactly what others that have been to Hawaii warned us it would be. "This was an apartment in downtown Honolulu, not the greatest location for families. The unit was a good size, but sound traveled through the walls and it was an older building.
The kitchen was well equipped, but some extras like paper towel would have been helpful.
Only stayed one night , was comfortable enough."

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. "

"Great location! Property was furnished adequately, but electrical outlets were in odd places. There's a countertop in the kitchen area with coffee maker, but no outlet. Only outlet is near the sink so cord had to go over the sink. Needs more hangars & floor mat for bathroom. Some noise from the street in the early morning could be heard from 12th floor. Great communication with host. Would stay again."
