"Bathroom smelled like perfumed sewage. Shower water temp never got hotter than lukewarm. You get charged for ice, and there's a laundry list detailing how much you will be charged for staining any item, including the disposable slippers... Rooms are tiny with no storage to speak of. Bathroom layout is insane: shower is huge, vanity and toilet are airliner sized."

"Was a beautiful hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of places to eat around there and do once a hotel that wasn’t overpriced for drinks, meals, massages etc once you were there. Wish we had more nights! My only complaint would be the sunbeds only get sun until early afternoon. "

"Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty. "

"We loved our stay there, but let’s face it. You get what you pay for. This place is not a 5 star resort. However we didn’t pay for a 5 star experience. The whole place is in need of a renovation. The breakfast is not great. Neither is the gym. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing and we loved our “rustic” villa. You will love it there. Just have in mind it’s rustic, and a very affordable “5 star” resort. "

"The room was small but nice enough. The bathroom was very difficult to use as the shower soaks the whole bathroom when in use. The bathroom also had a colony of flying bugs which was not pleasant. There was no handsoap in the bathroom meaning we had to buy some. Lovely relaxing beach area with a bar that serves food and drink. Friendly staff but service quite slow. The hotel is quite far out of the centre and if you want to use a taxi for two people it is 400 bhat each way, this is not something that we factored into our budget. Overall the stay was ok."
