"Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. Thank you so much 💕 I Hope I will come back soon :)"

"I've stayed at hundreds of places over the years and Phangan Beach Resort is in my top five. Bungalows on the beach in Thailand, no crowd (off season, and luckily no rain), beach bar with great food and prices, very nice staff and owners (Mark and Toby), just a beautiful setting and vibe. Quiet and peaceful. We will be back. Thanks to all the staff there."

You get charged for ice, and there's a laundry list detailing how much you will be charged for staining any item, including the disposable slippers... Rooms are tiny with no storage to speak of. Bathroom layout is insane: shower is huge, vanity and toilet are airliner sized."

"Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty. "

"We loved our stay there, but let’s face it. You get what you pay for. This place is not a 5 star resort. However we didn’t pay for a 5 star experience. The whole place is in need of a renovation. The breakfast is not great. Neither is the gym. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing and we loved our “rustic” villa. You will love it there. Just have in mind it’s rustic, and a very affordable “5 star” resort. "
