"Exceptional in every way. This resort cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is second to none - there is nothing they have not thought of, to make your stay special. We have stayed in the best resorts all over the world from the Maldives to Dubai to Mexico. The Conrad Koh Samui sits on the shoulders of all others. From our concierge, Bill, whose helpful, attentive and kind nature was the highlight of the trip, to Sanah who welcomed us to breakfast every single day with the broadest smile, to Ae whose kind nature to our son Atti was so special, to the housekeepers Pat and Pa. Every single member of staff was wonderful. And the location is perfect. At the quiet and secluded south tip of the island away from the hustle of the North, but still within easy reach. Will definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations. "Hard to review here. Location is secluded (good and bad) Quick 15 minute Grab ride to anywhere including any food or store. You have restaurant on site but like most resorts food is ehhh and way over priced. Simple example can of Cola is $2.70usd , at 7/11 6 pack is $3.15usd Breakfast is $30 per person and dinner is around the same. Take the grab 15 minutes away and delicious food is $10 per person. The room is roomy and the private pool are nice and if you must stay in this area I would recommend it for the price of the room. Staff/service was subpar from start to finish."

"This is an excellent option for couples that want peace and quiet. Front desk staff was excellent and the breakfast server was exceptional. Covered parking was a bonus and felt very safe, the views were above expectations. The only critiques we have (which is not at all a big deal) is we wished there was another luggage rack or something that fits 2 suitcases and a couple hooks in the bathroom."
