"Die Lage am Ba Kao Bay war sehr gut, eine ruhigere Ecke auf Koh Phi Phi und auch das personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bungalow sehr heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer war schlecht ausgestattet, die Toilette war nicht dicht - somit ist das Abwasser nach jeder Spülung ausgelaufen. "Beautiful resort. Great staff. However the noise from the beach discos is SO LOUD that it’s impossible to sleep even with noise cancelling headphone or earbuds. It’s a shame that the government allows this. The discos are a kilometer away, and yet it’s still unbelievably loud. It would be ok if it ended at midnight. "PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." "The staff are absolutely fantastic and they made everything accessible to us. The high hills were a bit challenging but we got used to it but it did limit our night time fun knowing we had to walk up a steep incline. Other than that we had an amazing stay! "
