Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau. Il y avait aussi une colonie de fourmis juste en dessous de la clim. Les toilettes sont de taille correcte, mais il y avait des fourmis partout, ce qui pose un vrai problème d’hygiène. Les chambres étant en bois, on entend beaucoup de bruit. Il y a aussi des ouvertures autour de la porte de la terrasse, ce qui laisse entrer les moustiques. Deux nuits très compliquées, entre humidité, insectes et manque de confort. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant : café imbuvable, croissants pas frais, choix très limité. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement : l’hôtel est calme, proche du port, et tout est accessible à pied. Si vous hésitez, je vous conseille de passer votre chemin.

Nice cozy hotel, but lots of mosquito in the room :( Also not the best breakfast... It's better to get something elsewhere - but AMAZING location and pretty great staff. WIFI wasn't the best but well, that's to expect when you are in the middle of a beautiful island.

The air conditioning was not working and the hotel didn’t have another room so we have lo leave and we are waiting to Expedia for refund, then the bathroom was really dirty!!!!! The bed was not good at all…. We couldn’t stay not even 1 night and had to book another hotel….. the staff didn’t care we left….

Hotel is located right across from the beach. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Swimming pool was fun to chill at. The hotel room was spacious with a large balcony but hotel is in need of updating or renovating soon...

Excellent Hotel and service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Pool was simple and very nice to just hang out. Property was very well maintained. Property is in a great location. Very close to the beach, shopping and food. The cats were also very kind and friendly and took good care of us. Always making sure we were happy. Please take good care of them. Thank you Mr. Orange cat for greeting us, White cat for the belly rubs and black and white cat for walking us to our room everyday. Thank you also to your wonderful staff! It was a great stay!

Camera pulita,personale gentile, colazione buona, per chi mangia insalata con olio d'oliva deve chiedere a cameriera, starebbe da mettere su tavolo, aria condizionata funziona. The property was nothing like the photos advertised. It felt run down and lacked the atmosphere of a true resort. Our bathroom had ants on the counter and sink, and the room door had a large gap underneath that we had to block with a towel each night. Around the walkways, cockroaches were a common sight, which made the stay uncomfortable. The front desk staff gave the impression that they weren’t very interested in helping, though the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Another inconvenience was the key system: only one key card is provided per room, and it must be handed in at the front desk every time you leave. The electricity is tied to the key card, meaning the air conditioning only runs when you’re inside. I had to specifically request a workaround so the AC could stay on while we were out. Overall, the experience was disappointing. We left after two nights despite booking three, and didn’t mind losing the money—that’s how strongly we felt about not staying longer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or return in the future. My daughter loved all the cats around the grounds.

Lovely hotel Maybe need a few more beds around the pool only had 6 in total. Nice size gym. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the hotel as only stayed 2 nights and that was enough for me in Phi Phi.

The staff were amazing! There was some confusion about our rooms being in separate buildings but the ladies on reception sorted this out very quickly and professionally! The reception staff are a true credit to the hotel! The porters were always there with a smile and the breakfast team were great too! Breakfast was a great mix of fresh fruit, salad, bread items as well as an egg station and Thai options too. We were sad to leave because we had such a great time! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the pier and is centrally located for everything. Thanks for making the end of our holiday in Thailand so amazing!!

Das Hotel war im Thai stil aufgebaut ,wir lieben so etwas Das Personal war sehr nett Überhaupt der Bellboy war fabelhaft ,er hat uns sehr geholfen ,als das mit unseren Ticket nach Ao nang nicht klappte ,zimmer sehr sauber Nachteil war zu wenig Liegen am Pool

Do not stay here under any circumstances. Without exaggeration, this is one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. Although the location is good, it does not make up for anything else. The noise level is unbearable: on one hand, an absurd number of frogs that make it impossible to sleep all night, and on the other, the old air-conditioning units that produce constant and loud noise. The minibar is also extremely noisy, making rest even more difficult. The hotel is not dirty, but it is completely neglected — worn facilities, poor maintenance, and an overall lack of care. On top of that, there is an unpleasant smell throughout the property and the rooms are poorly lit, making the atmosphere feel dark and uncomfortable. The photos are very misleading: in reality everything is much smaller than it appears online and far more run-down and poorly maintained. The staff’s service was very poor, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. The breakfast is basic and offers nothing special. The only redeeming feature was the pillows, which were comfortable. Everything else was a very negative experience. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone.
