If you’re looking for a great priced hotel that is a couple minutes walk from the pier this is definitely the place to pick out. Everything worked great the water pressure was awesome, but just a heads up if you’ve never been to phi phi, literally everything is walkable and this hotel is greatly placed for that.

Hotel in posizione comoda vicino al porto, camere non nuovissime ma pulite, la colazione sarebbe da curare un po’ di più, i tavoli son sempre tutti sporchi. Il personale della reception non è proprio disponibile, ho chiesto di poter prolungare una notte il soggiorno e mi han risposto che potevo farlo solo online ma online avevano il soggiorno minimo di 2 notti…potevano rispondere semplicemente che non era possibile invece di farmi perdere tempo inutilmente.

Lovely all around. Great pool. Decent breakfast. Very close to everything needed but because they are one lane back from the Main Street it feels very quiet and tranquil!

Tolle Hotel,Tolle Lage! Gleich bei der Pier. Bekannte 7/11 ist auch gegenüber. Ein Wäscheservise ist nebem dem Hotel. Sauberes Zimmer und personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

What a pleasant surprise. We are a couple in our mid 50’s, and were worried about noise. There wasn’t any from party goers! Our room was cleaned every morning, the breakfast was decent with minimal waits at the egg station, and the beds were comfy. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and shopping all around. We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Maybe invest in a few more chairs and loungers around the pool and make some non smoking areas adjacent to the pool given little ones. Hope to return again!

El servicio es deficiente.La habitación es amplia y cómoda pero, de las 4 noches que me alojé, solo un día hicieron la limpieza y eso consistió en retirar la basura y dejar toallas. Pero NO limpian. Los otros dos dias pedi que me hagan la habitación pero solo retiraron la basura del tacho. El desayuno está bueno, las instalaciones también pero ojo que No hay ascensor (5 pisos por escalera si te toca el último como a mi)

Dated but comfortable hotel.
Hotel is very dated but our room was comfortable, sea view, breakfast was ok, good nights sleep, excellent location in the centre of town & close to pier. Has to ask for room to be serviced, good for short stay.

Jättebra hotell mitt i smeten. Men inga störande ljud. Underbar utsikt över havet med alla båtarna. Fint rum, bra säng och ac. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda negativa var trapporna upp till rummet.

Hotel was great value, in a good spot and pool and daily breakfast were also ok. The view from our window and balcony was sensational. The hotel is a bit dated and walking the stairs was a minor annoyance but overall happy with this hotel. The staff were also really friendly.

Hôtel situé en plein centre ville. Près de tous les commerces et club de plongée. Grande chambre, belle vue sur la plage au dessus des toits au 5 eme étage. Attention pas d’ascenseur. Petit dej top et très complet. Le personnel est souriant. En revanche les draps n’étaient pas super clean. Nous avons subis les bruits de la fête tous les jours (5 nuits) jusqu’à 2 heure du mat.

located very close to ferry pier which is convient. upper floors have good view of the bays. unfortunately there is not an elevator. upper floor access is a small climb. good breakfast buffet provided

We appreciated that it was close to the pier and was far enough away that the noise level was very minimal if at all. The staff who picked us up at the pier and helped with bags were incredible and so lovely. Very kind. One issue is that it didnt have an elevator (that we could see or use anyway and we had one guest in our group that would have benefited from it) and thus, I dont think its accessible.
