"Después de haber realizado la reserva y su correspondiente pago al llegar me dijeron que estaba completo. Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...

"We booked 2 bedrooms/family sound good? but not at all. There is only 1 A/C and shared in 2 rooms....How!!? We suffered from heat all night long. it's summer in Thailand. Never again....
However grandma who help us checked in, she was super sweet and location is good, near all temples and site seeing."
