"The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Front desk was very pleasant and check in was easy. The location was a block from the castle and a short walk from The square. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast place on the corner. "All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. "Great place stayed there for 6 days of out time in krakow, was convenient with the laundry in room, and was in good proximity to everything we where wanting to see! "The apartment was quite new and in good location but that’s all the positives I can give. Upon arrival it is really difficult to find the property, no instructions given by the host prior to arrival. We arrived at 12 and had to call them to ask if there is a place to leave the luggages, they told us they will check if the apartment has been cleaned and call us back- no one did, called 3 times after to check, still the same response. 14:45 we were downstairs in the building with no instructions...
