"We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Phuket, Thailand."

"Could be a gym, probably was at one point. Dirty, not well appointed, breakfast is cooked at 7:00 a.m. once so if you go at 9:00 you get 2 hour old food... If you enjoy old shrimp this is your place... Service is totally lacking or non existent. No mattress pad, AC can't keep room cool even in winter ... Look elsewhere for now "

"The staff was really nice. The hotel is small and quiet. I did not like seeing a rat my first night while sitting in the pool. I didn’t like alcohol being displayed but not for sale. I did not like coming back to my room on the second day with ants all over the bed. I did not like being charged for extra meal in regard to communication barrier with front desk staff."

"Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night."

"Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"
